Rosetta Arts - arts charity digital & creative consultancy

Project details

I consulted for East London community arts charity, Rosetta Arts, to strategise and facilitate the development of a digital infrastructure to ensure the organisation was fit for growth.

I joined at a time when they were celebrating twenty-five years of having championed visual art and engagement for local people. In light of this achievement, Rosetta Arts was invited to join the Arts Council England National Portfolio of Organisations.

Creative process

Project management, stakeholder engagement, juggling a broad range of tasks with limited resources, and managing a team of interns were key skills to successfully implement and run the project at this grassroots organisation.

Results

  • Ran branding workshops for key stakeholders to establish core organisational values and processes

  • Collaborated with a design agency on rebranding and development of a new website across user personas, wireframing, UX, site functionality, content planning, and copywriting across the whole site

  • Scoped, researched, and implemented a CRM system including customisation, workflow design, and staff training

  • Asset management: structured an image library now shared with the Arts Council

  • Event managed the 25th-anniversary party held at the Gherkin

  • Developed a communications strategy and guidelines for staff to use across all external comms

  • Created tone-of-voice guidelines for marketing materials such as newsletters, leaflets, and booklets

Natascha worked across Rosetta Arts to successfully implement a digitization project with many different moving parts. Her approach was creative, adaptable, and accessible. And at every stage of the project, Natascha communicated effectively across the whole organisisation.
